The successful applicants will have a proven background within financial services, ideally in a wealth management setting.  You will be part of the financial planning team and receive an extensive benefits package including Pension, BUPA, Denplan, income protection, company bonus scheme, longevity awards and opportunity to buy/sell holiday – this list is not exhaustive.  Please note that we do not have UK sponsorship for any roles advertised.

 

Client Experience Executive

To provide administrative support to the Directors, Financial Planners (FPs) and Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) of MM Wealth.  To be a team player within the Client Experience Team.

  • Taking ownership and accountability for maintaining and updating client records securely using relevant systems (i.e. Intelliflo, Smartsheet, Figaro).
  • Coordinate/attend client meetings and manage FP/CRM calendars.
  • Communicate with clients in a professional manner including meeting and greeting clients who attend the office.
  • Handle all enquiries (email or telephone), providing excellent service and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Adhere to the Company handbook at all times.
  • Adhere to compliance requirements and procedures as guided by Risk Management and the Financial Conduct Authority regulator (FCA).

Salary offered depends on experience.  We are looking for someone with the CII R01 qualification or willingness to complete within an agreed timescale.  Ideally the candidate will have financial services experience.
