Client Experience Executive
To provide administrative support to the Directors, Financial Planners (FPs) and Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) of MM Wealth. To be a team player within the Client Experience Team.
- Taking ownership and accountability for maintaining and updating client records securely using relevant systems (i.e. Intelliflo, Smartsheet, Figaro).
- Coordinate/attend client meetings and manage FP/CRM calendars.
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner including meeting and greeting clients who attend the office.
- Handle all enquiries (email or telephone), providing excellent service and addressing their needs effectively.
- Adhere to the Company handbook at all times.
- Adhere to compliance requirements and procedures as guided by Risk Management and the Financial Conduct Authority regulator (FCA).
Salary offered depends on experience. We are looking for someone with the CII R01 qualification or willingness to complete within an agreed timescale. Ideally the candidate will have financial services experience.
Front of House Executive
To support our Clients, Directors, Financial Planners (FPs), Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and Client Experience teams. This is a part-time position. Hours required are Mondays and Fridays 9.00am – 5.00pm with potential to cover annual leave elsewhere within the team.
- Liaising with Head of Client Experience to establish workloads and priorities.
- To ensure all meeting rooms are prepared in advance of meetings inc setting up associated technology as required. Provide beverages and/or lunch and ensure rooms are returned to their original state after use.
- Handle all enquiries in a professional manner (email or telephone), providing excellent service and addressing their needs effectively.
- Coordinate client meetings and manage FP/CRM calendars.
- Processing incoming post/deliveries distributing as appropriate. Processing outgoing post, including special deliveries.
- Process and manage client documentation i.e. Wills, Share Certificates, efficiently and accurately, that are received in the post.
- Reviewing and cleansing data on core systems (individually and/or in bulk) including exporting and manipulating data.
- Accurately preparing documents such as meeting packs and other ad hoc administrative tasks assigned.
- Completion of mass mailings as required, (post, email, via back-office system).
- To provide support, assistance and cover for colleagues as reasonably necessary to deliver the company objectives.
Portfolio Assistant
To support the Investment Management function in the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of portfolio management services to clients, while developing technical knowledge of investment operations, markets and internal processes.
- Provide operational and administrative support across the investment lifecycle.
- Support the Investment Team in the implementation of model portfolio changes and investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of UK and global financial markets, investment products and structures.
- Engage in market research including UK and global economic developments.
- Work with the Investment Team to assess opportunities and risks.
- Liaise with Financial Planners and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of agreed investment actions.
- Attend Monthly Investment meetings and Investment Committee meetings as required, producing clear and accurate meeting notes.
- Contribute to the preparation and timely delivery of quarterly investment materials—including factsheets, strategy updates, economic commentary, and client seminar content—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the firm’s investment messaging.
- Collaborate with Financial Planning Team, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure investment communications and deliverables are accurate, compliant, and consistent across all channels.
Senior Portfolio Assistant
To provide senior operational support to the Investment Management function, acting as a key point of coordination for day-to-day investment workloads, supporting the Head of Investment Management closely, and overseeing the effective delivery and development of the Portfolio Assistant function.
- Work closely with the Head of Investment Management to plan, prioritise and manage daily and ongoing investment workloads.
- Oversee the timely and accurate completion of operational investment tasks, including trade implementation, rebalancing, corporate actions, reporting and MI.
- Act as a first point of escalation for operational issues, resolving where appropriate and escalating material risks.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and quality oversight for Portfolio Assistants.
- Support the development of junior team members through providing guidance and training.
- Allocate and review work to ensure consistency, accuracy and adherence to agreed standards.
- Support the design, review and improvement of investment processes, procedures, templates and controls.
- Support the Head of Investment along with Economic & Strategy and Fund Research consultants to assess opportunities and risks.
- Utilise financial modelling tools to project returns and assess performance potential.
- Act as a key liaison between the Investment Team and Financial Planners on operational matters.
- Support preparation of information for internal meetings, including Board, Executive and firm-wide updates when required.
- Attend monthly Investment meetings. Produce and present concise monthly summaries of investment meetings, including funds reviewed, key insights, recommended next steps with supporting rationale, and scheduling requirements for upcoming reviews.
