The forecast suggested it would be cold, but with beautiful sunshine, the weather did not disappoint. It was a perfect way to end 2025 with several of the team attending the annual Thurlow Point-to-Point horse racing meet which is becoming quite the tradition at MM Wealth Towers.
We were proud to sponsor race 3 of the event which meant our young MM Wealthers choosing the best turned out horse before the race began. The decision was not taken lightly with the team split between horse number 8 and horse number 3, but eventually Carrolls Cottage (number 3) was chosen.
The race itself was the PPORA Novice Riders, which proved a very exciting race to watch. The eventual winner was Hubrisko. We were very pleased to present The Fingask Salver and the Bill Stamp Memorial Trophy to Mr and Mrs Poste and to the winning jockey, Miss C Sheehy; her first ever victory. We have it on good authority she is one to watch for the future.
We look forward to attending this event again at the end of this new year.
